I bought one of these to put in the garage to hang my clothes to dry before sending them to the laundry. I'm willing to order a second one (I bought a 1" x 2" stainless steel mesh from Revain to protect the drywall behind it) because the rack is perfect for our purposes. The stem is weak and the arms sag a bit, but that's probably because they're made in China. I tightened the top nut and the arms tightened but still sagged. For me this is completely normal. Hands perfectly hold tea towels and kitchen towels. I will mount the second under the first (stainless steel grille perpendicular to the wall).
