I didn't like them at first because they didn't do what I originally wanted them to do. I thought they would pick up every movement in any light, but they don't. I bought these for my gun cabinet and wanted them to turn on when I opened the door. In daylight you should be able to see and not need a light. Then I thought about my statement. If I need backup in the middle of the night, I need to be able to see. They give decent light, have a slight lag and run on 4 AAA batteries which didn't suit me. In total you get 2 for the price, just think about what you are going to use them for.
