Review on 🗑️ Litter Genie Refills (4-Pack): Optimize Your Cat Waste Disposal by Melissa Hall

I love my filler genius but my last bag filler broke. Two of the 4 refills were unusable as the ends of the plastic bag were out of reach and when you start pulling them out you never reach the end and therefore lose the entire refill. My husband and I are very upset because these gas stations are not cheap at all and it's annoying to spend two for the same problem. Now we're not new to Litter Genie (we've had it since March) and we know how to replace the refill cartridge so we're absolutely confident we're not doing anything wrong. I hope that this issue can be resolved or that someone will contact us regarding this. Thanks very much!
