Translucent, as if the pale white color has completely worn away and is no longer visible. It's just a white canvas. When I click the mouse to select an area to cut and paste, the background color of the selection is very, very faint and it's very difficult to see where I'm selecting. I noticed that many people have complained about the same problem.
