This is a great little portable fan that holds a charge. Buy a portable power supply. I've tried only adding water once or twice with a rag. Water gets on the fan blades but not on the rag. I haven't tried the freeze bars yet. I wanted to contact the company and ask about using alkaline salt water instead of regular water. Maybe it stays colder longer and mold doesn't form from alkaline water. Mold can not be with ordinary water? I like it. helps. It works for sleeping in the car and makes it bearable. Just tried it with a fan. Not entirely trusting and haven't tried the water and freezing functions in the machine yet. One of these fans had a silicone tank. I want to find it and see how well it works. Does anyone know which fan I mean? Please leave me a message and let me know. I'm glad I bought this one.
