Well it's a two part experience with this gainer. I started using this product about 4 months ago and it had just the right amount of protein and not the unnecessary amount of carbs that a pure gainer has. Now for the kicker, I was just diagnosed with cancer a month ago and am currently undergoing radiation and chemotherapy which is ruining my swallowing and appetite so anyway I need calories, I can get them, especially clean calories.
