Our Call Center Experience is FABULOUS and FAST as ever!!!

It has been very easy for our call center staff so far in using this software application with it's ability that allows you do answer many different types or questions about products we sell! The only thing i dislike thusfar are having some times when my keyboard doesnt work properly but other than such its working just fine! If your looking into something like dial once then I would highly suggest taking advantage right away because at one point there was no availability left!! We have solved alot issues since implementing these answers by answering customers fast enough before any problems develop due too time delays!! The ease at which you can create custom menus for your agents with multiple languages available! You also have quick access into reporting options without having an agent be in front of it all day long!! Sometimes I wish there was more customization but its not too bad either way :) Definitely worth looking into if this fits well within your organization's needs or budget constraints! We are able customize our menu system very easily by using various colors/fonts etc..
