I see some reviews complaining about an outdated OS. So don't buy an XP system if you need a new laptop with Windows 10 or higher. XP systems do not play the latest videos and are not designed for web surfing etc. If you need XP or prefer it for your use then this is a great buy. This laptop also has an older DB9 serial port for those of us who still need it. Also has 3 USB ports. I needed to install some drivers that were on the hard drive but didn't install. One of the great things about this laptop is that I can turn off the annoying touchpad tap function to avoid running unwanted programs and deleting data without meaning to.
