The fact that it's very simple to use is great! I have not had any issues so far - just works as intended without bugs or major quirks :) It has enabled me to see all my call recordings within few seconds after they've been made available for download by customer support team (as long we sign-in using same Google account).Also i can check which tickets are open/closed since when last time was recorded there.
This helps us keep organized. Not much yet but seems like this will help our organization get better soon enough :P Just make sure you know how things work inside before starting working with them. We need something easy way to store ticket reports / case details etc., along side their corresponding logs while being able to view both at once makes life easier during auditsWe're solving 2 problems here:- Getting access to historical data.- Keeping good records in sync.
