I am very disappointed. I bought this 2 weeks ago hoping to repel mice. There are three settings: Trance, Ultra and Duet (Trance+Ultra). This product advises that you cannot play the sounds it produces here. You can, the Ultra is not loud at all. But the trance makes a somewhat loud click, which can be annoying. So I used Ultra during the day and Duo (both) at night. Followed the directions and tried two different places I found poop. I never saw mice, I only found feces. I FIRST SAW A MOUSE when this product was plugged in, right next to me. A mouse ran down my leg. Yesterday I found a litter less than a foot from this repeller and I've been using it 24/7. NEVER SWITCHED OFF! THAT DOES NOT WORK! I was skeptical about such a large expense but figured it might be worth it. Save your $40
