Review on Stainless Steel Replacement Globe For Wire Mesh Camp Lantern by Randy Salgado

I picked this up to replace a globe in my coleman 5154 097c dual mantle lantern. works great.The only "con" i can into is the diameter is not quite perfect for the colemans. It's a few mm bigger in circumference but you can fit it without any major problems.As for the concern that the light is diminished - maybe by 5%. Went camping with my Scouts and had this on one lantern and a regular glass globe on another. Barely a difference in brightness within 50 feet.Bonus, when putting lanterns away, this actually cools quicker than a glass globe.
