This is a great dress for the price. It's very pretty, very feminine, and very flattering.It is fully lined. The outer layer of the skirt is a thin chiffon that is very pretty, but does like to wrinkle. The lining has a little stretch, but the outer layers and waistline do not.It runs true to size. I ordered in my usual medium size and it fits me perfectly. I'm 5'2" and the bottom hem just touches the floor without shoes. I couldn't ask for a better fit!The burgundy color looks just like the pictures.
