He is tied up. You don't need to unscrew it. Turn off the light. I actually removed the bulb with a quarter turn and pulled the bulb from there. The wheel arch cover is inserted, unscrewing does nothing. I had 6 hex head screws holding it in place. The view is very doable there by bus. Switch off after approx. 15 minutes. Turned it on and it works great. Looks OEM.
