Well, nooo . not where we usually send, but for a new keyboard, at my expense, of course. And while they are asking the manufacturer how much the new keyboard costs (and they have been doing this for more than two weeks), another scratch appeared on one of the halves of the Shift key, and it is also slowly growing, so we are waiting for our Shift family soon replenishment . Also, after several months of use, there were problems with the response, sometimes you have to press the keys several times - they do not work the first time. Touchpad. His problem is that he sometimes stops responding to pressing on the right side of it, well, like sometimes, constantly . Cover around the keyboard. Well, here, unlike the parts already described, Dell engineers coped with their task 100%, or even 200%. We set ourselves the task of designing a coating that would collect traces from absolutely any touch, and we did it! Well done!
