The customer support team is incredibly helpful, fast response times for any questions we may have around their product or implementation process (we had several!).

Their reporting tool has been very useful in helping us understand our users' behavior across different sites/pages of ours that need user permission before allowing them access - this was particularly important with regards to implementing AdWords conversion tracking where you want only those who convert through your site be allowed into GA's Conversion Tracking feature! As others mentioned above it can sometimes feel like they're not fully aware how other parts work within Analytics but overall great experience working alongside these folks so far!!
