Designed as a set of parts to fit the 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport "S” that I am working on. .It is however designed for use on the DANA 44 "HD" axle which is used on the Rubicon on 07-17 Jeeps only. Now it is clear that Jeep/Chrysler calls the factory rear axle 07-17 JK NON Rubicon DANA 44 rear axle "HD" on their assembly sheets. This is actually a "NEXT GENERATION" DANA 44 and NOT a real/true "HD" version. The real HD has much stronger axle tubes and also uses much larger bearings pressed into the outer ends of the rear differential. assembled (among other improvements).
