Topical cosmetic that won't wash off clothes, fabric or walls

I bought this for my 2 year old daughter who loves to play with my makeup and has destroyed most of it. I thought it was makeup for the game, but it's real makeup. the blush is really red, red blush. that she pasted herself with, all my walls, my sheets and my sofa. Then I realized that this is real makeup and does not wash off. Throw away everything but the brush. Such a waste of money. Why buy real cosmetics for a child?
