I'm about to embark on a long motorcycle trip so purchased this and some CO2 cartridges. I let some air out of my front tire and used a couple cartridges to test it in the garage today. It actually worked fantastic and I'm glad I bought it. I struggled a bit getting my first cartridge to work. I did screw it on tight enough to puncture the cartridge but then when I tried to inflate the tire it more or less did nothing. It was as though the cartridge just didnt have enough pressure in it to work. Eventually I figured out my issue, you have screw the cartridge on very tight, just keep tightening on the cartridge until it stops and you can turn it no more. At that point the cartridge will by FULLY punctured with a large enough hole to let the gas out rapidly and work how it's supposed to.The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because while it does come with some 3 extra rubber washers there is nothing in the documentation about when or how'd I'd use these. It's used as a selling point in the pictures here on Best Buy and it worked, it's part of the reason I bought it. So I'm disappointed it's not documented at all. I have some speculation on how and when I'd use the extras but that's all it is speculation. I'd love it if the seller would respond to this review and provide detail on how and when the extra washers are to be used.
