I love this mop. The included pads are used for waxing and wiping. So if you need to clean floors or grout, this won't help. It's so easy to use and maneuver. It is very light and comfortable for my back. I usually lean forward or bend over a lot when mopping, which puts strain on my back muscles. This mop practically guides itself. I just mopped a room to try this out today and put some floor wax on the wooden floor in the picture. I bought a used battery because the reviews I read said they lasted less than an hour. I wanted to make sure I had enough energy to swipe everywhere. I also like that it is cordless because I always trip over the steam cleaner cord. I definitely recommend it.
