I like that we can be in contact by email or instant messenger during our entire project lifecycle. Great support team - very responsive! The product is quite good but not perfect. There are some features which could be improved (e.g., integration of SPA). There were also some problems when integrating from other tools than web browser to make it possible for users without JavaScript enabled to use the app. We need an integrated solution between marketing automation system and CRM system. This allows us to connect contacts automatically upon entry into a website.
