Okay, let's start with the "how-to" for assembling the chair. There were no written instructions, just a page of pictures. OK, I can handle it. I liked how the screws and key were packaged. What I didn't like (and cost this chair a star) is that the wheels don't fit into the base. I can't get them and I'm not sure how this is supposed to work. I ended up taping them together to install the chair, hoping that my weight would cause the wheels to "slip" eventually. I don't have high hopes. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate your help. The chair is good in terms of comfort. I couldn't get the tilt to work, but that seems to be a common complaint about this chair. Update: I decided to order heavier wheels for this chair hoping they would work better and they did! Now the castors on the chair are properly inserted and I can fully enjoy the comfort. The trick, just in case someone else had trouble with the wheels, was to wiggle the wheels while applying pressure to get them into the base. This may be obvious to others, but having never built a chair before I didn't know how to make it work. I would like written instructions to accompany this chair. The tilt feature hasn't worked yet.
