The customer support team at capicat was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with our new software system (which I did not know existed until they explained how to use their platform).
They were able to walk us through all of the features that are included within this program so we could figure out what would fit best into my business model/ needs. There isn't anything bad about working or doing things here - everything has been great! Be prepared though because there will be some time needed before you can fully utilize your account once started using them- especially if you're just starting off small like myself. If nothing else than having an efficient accounting process which helps keep track of transactions easier when running multiple businesses from one location.- tracking accounts payable / receivable across several different companies makes keeping accurate records much more manageable now that I'm managing both finances separately instead of mixing personal expenses with client services fees.
