The staff is very professional and knowledgeable, and they are always willing to help you out. They have a fantastic tool called "The E-Mact", which allows for easy tracking of all your permits, as well as billing. It's a great tool! There isn't much I dislike about my experience at EMACt so far. Occasionally there will be an issue with a permit or bill that we need to work through, but their customer service team has been very quick to respond and make things right. They also offer training sessions in order to ensure that our internal employees know how to use the system effectively.
