I love that it has tons of options for different companies. It helps keep everyone in one place so they don't have to go through multiple platforms to look up something. The only thing I dislike about this program is how long it takes to load all your projects into it. Once you do though everything works great! The ability to create checklists for each of our contractors as they work in specific areas within our facility, allowing us to easily keep up with their progress. I would like to be able to use a more modern interface that makes it easier to navigate through the website. The ease of use when it comes to managing our projects makes this software very user friendly! I especially love that we can create new reports in minutes instead of weeks or months with other programs out there. It's not perfect - but has so many features you won't need them all at once. If your looking for something simple then look elsewhere because they have some more complex options as well. They do offer training courses which are helpful if needed.
