I bought this Linksys Maximym Perf N900 router on September 12, 2012. It was easy to plug in and get started and did the trick for my 5 wireless devices in my house and a good Netflix streaming stream. December 15, 2012 I couldn't connect any of my devices (the router just turned off out of the blue. Nothing was done or changed), I ruled out the modem because I could connect it 'wired'. " and get great internet access. I called Linksys for help as this product has a 1 year warranty. They said they only offer free tech support for 3 months, after that I would have to pay them $30 for a call I wanted to return the product and replace it with another router but they said I had to get it diagnosed for my $30 and if they find they can't run it I can return it I already have 139 Paid $100 for this router and won't be paying another $30 for them to prove to themselves it's broke! I can't believe the tech support team can offer so little support for such an expensive product (and given the fact that only 3 days free technical support are guaranteed.) I would not recommend anyone to buy Linksys products .They post poor quality or faulty items and then claim d Additional clients for Linksys for diagnostics!
