I bought this system to replace an old system from another company. With the cables already in place, all I had to do was swap out the cameras and set up the DVR. I had a small problem with the ADMINISTRATOR password, but got immediate help from Aimee's technical support team. She got back to me within an hour of my email asking for help. The only issue I found was a heat issue which I felt was too much for my liking. I had the same problem on my old system 10 years ago. I bought a couple of Revain 40mm USB fans and plugged them into the dashcam and the problem was solved. I could never understand why all these companies never properly vent these DVRs. Heat kills system life.
