Perfect for running! I have been training for a half marathon for 2 months now, and I needed good socks to help prevent blisters. These socks are exactly what I wanted. They fit perfectly for my feet (size 6), which is so great because normally socks run big for me. I also suffer from raynauds, and these keep my feet at the perfect temperature. This is my second pack of these socks — had to buy more because I would use them the second then came out of the drier.
