The platform is very user friendly, it's easy to navigate through all features that are available (such as quotes or invoicing).

I also like how easily you can create new users accounts for employees at work without having them pay extra fees! There aren't any downsides yet but we're always looking forward so if there were problems with first line they would be fixed soon enough :) Overall this system has been great in making things easier between us & our clients while keeping everything organized and connected via email/texts!
