The shirt is extremely light and feels airy while wearing. The material is soft and comfortable. The shirt is stretchy, fits true to size and gives good flexibility. I love the range of movement I have when I am exercising. I also love the muted subtle color of the shirt. The shirt just blends right in with everything. The shirt is sewn well with double stitching so no worries about the shirt coming loose at the seams. I love the thumb holes and on cool nights during my brisk walk, it comes with a hood.
