This is a great looking pan and solid. Ergonomically I love the way the handle feels in my hand. I have only used the pan once so I can't really review it features but if it is anything like the customer service for this company I know I will be happy. The first pan I ordered was lost in shipment and the customer service was first rate. I will definitely look to this company when I am buying pots and pans in the future.
