Change it to make it work.

Would have heard the review. After unpacking from the box it looked like it was used, of course there are no instructions included, but the assembly is not that difficult. The problem is that the 3/4" chain spool doesn't run through the machine, rendering it useless. I was surprised that their support team responded to my email, but their decision to grind the steel coil end sounded crazy. So I went to the store. , got a metal file and sanded the head a bit to get it through the machine. Overall a bit of a hassle to get it working, which would have been unthinkable for a product costing several hundred dollars.
