Used on a golf cart to turn on the LED lights. Doesn't get hot even if the light is on for a while. I like that I can turn it off when I don't need it to save battery. I hooked it up to a small fuse box and can add circuitry if I want radios or other dood dads. Update: It is now 5th July 2020 (device installed in January 2020) and it has stopped working and has a short circuit. It's supposed to be waterproof, but it most likely isn't. Disassembled and it was full of water and sand which caused corrosion. This is a place to get wet but not spray directly. But it needs to be sealed, so I thought it was fine. When I took it apart it didn't have any gaskets or sealant anywhere except around the wires. My wagon is under a canopy and gets washed fairly infrequently and it still has moisture and sand in it and no salt water just fresh water where we are. I may try one more (because I just have to plug it in, everything is already connected), but I'll seal it with silicone myself before installing it. And put it somewhere else
