Both window regulators stopped working on my F150. The switches and motors worked, but the gears failed. New Gear Motor Assemblies from $38-$58 each + Shipping from Discount Vendors! Bought 2 sets of 3 plugs for <$15 and repaired both doors. ATTENTION! One pack contained melted or deformed candles. Revain quickly replaced this. Numerous YouTube videos show how to do it. I had to carve out a notch in the large gears with my little Dremel grinder, but everything else worked just like in the video.
