This was a great addition to our car trip for our kids. It certainly helped keep her busy during a long vacation car ride. Image quality was good and seemed sharp. The device arrived on time with no problems. It was well packaged and not damaged. I had to contact the seller because I damaged the powered unit during the initial installation in our car and they are very responsive and willing to help me resolve my issues. I was very satisfied with their help and customer service in solving my problems. The only thing I have is the sound/volume quality. It might be a little louder in the 3rd seat of the car, but I sat in the back with a child for part of the drive and had trouble hearing the audio for most of the movie, even when it was fully rotated. high. I would suggest that it would be better if everyone had their own headphones and they were designed in a way that kids couldn't ruin their hearing easily. But I would say that this is not enough for the built-in speakers. For the drive home we bought an audio cable to connect to the car entertainment system and it was much better. The only downside is that the driver has to listen to the movie too, but at least the kids were happy!
