The customer support team is top class, very friendly bunch who I can trust fully! Their ability not only for quoting but also managing projects has been great so far - they've exceeded my expectations at every step along our project's journey!! Nothing really comes up that makes me hesitate before giving them another opportunity again as everything we work together from initial requirement gathering right through implementation & training process was fantastic experience. I like that it is easy for me as an agent to use this software, everything seems so simple! It's very user friendly which makes my life easier when trying to do things such as follow up or call prospects back after they have left voice mail etc., sometimes there are issues but if you keep using them then eventually it will work out well enough. We've been able to track our calls/leads better than before we started using SalesJoe.
