Originally I intended to buy these for my cabinets that opened all the way and sometimes bumped into other cabinets. It's no good when they're white with black handles, so the tiny, clear, round handles were just what I needed to avoid scuffing or denting. Even the smallest of them work well and are barely noticeable on the handles until you climb right on top of them and start looking for them. The big test, though, was seeing how well these things would work on my fridge door. My fridge is visually in the corner of the kitchen. It's not right in the corner, but about a foot and a half from the adjacent right wall. I have a barn door that opens into a storage room and the door rises up towards the wall on the right side of the fridge. We have wall protection and doorstops in most places where needed but it is a tricky area to fit. Even if I hung a small clear protector on the wall, the barn door would get stuck on it when opening/closing. I didn't want to put it in the middle of the door either, because it would attract attention. So I needed something that would stick to the right handle of the fridge until we figured something out. So I put two big round buttons on the handle where I know they will touch (they are transparent but I might have to think about getting black ones if available tbh). Checked several times and voila. Provides enough cushioning and prevents scrapes and dents on the wall AND the barn door. Considering they're in a place we touch all the time, they can be a little tricky to clean, but so far they've stayed in place and haven't shown any signs of detachment anywhere. They're really easy to remove if needed and don't leave a sticky residue, so that's a big plus. If you're looking for some of them, go for it. I found them here at Revain for less than my local store (they charged $3-4 more for such a large pack in a very similar style), but I found them to work and be branded just as well are. Very convenient to have!
