I was having issues with CPU overheating so I recently repotted the case as the old case was choking my old AIO. Even when I increased the airflow the old Corsair AIO still had trouble keeping my OCd 8700k 4.7Ghz under 85 when playing the new flight sim, I even jumped to 100 which wasn't ok. I threw this AIO into a new case in a push-pull configuration (you need to find 8 extra screws somewhere to loosen this) and I'm amazed. I've never seen such a low CPU temp in my system and now my max temp hovers around the mid 50's with peaks to the mid 70's after playing a flight simulator. After turning off the Glory, my thermals are back to 2-3ยฐC compared to ambient (30-35ยฐC). Also, the spikes are now below my old average while gaming. very satisfied! Also had no problem mounting this with the jagged bottom front mounted in a Fractal Design Meshify S2 if you try this. GamersNexus posted a nice video explaining why it might be better than notches on a heatsink.
