The design of this terrarium is great I can't find anything that compares so I bought it despite the many reviews. I have a few issues with it, but overall I like it. The first and biggest problem is that the upper mesh is unreliable. I even asked a question before buying and was convinced by the seller that this was the case. I'm using this to host my little python and it's not acceptable. The grid is also inconsistent, inferior workmanship. See photo. I had to unscrew the front cover of the terrarium to remove the protective film as it was under the latches and locking parts. The quality is ok, but not outstanding. The plastic is quite flimsy and the product is so light that I'm concerned it might slide off the table if hit too hard. Some rubber feet on the bottom of the terrarium will help solve this problem, but they are not included. I really want to love this terrarium because I really like its design. I will contact the seller and add a star to my rating if they can send me a new top cover that is not defective. Anyway, I'll get this terrarium working. I would recommend any other reptile owner to another terrarium like the Exo Terra, which is only about $40 more for a comparable, if not larger, size.
