I ordered these as my factory spark plugs were bad and I just needed something quick as my car needed to start. They are annoying and when I put them in the spark plug hole it was almost impossible to get them out and one of them broke. Now I'm stuck here, my car isn't working and I can't go to work because I now know I spent money on this product. I want to return the money
