The UI (user interface) of this software makes it easier than other similar softwares I have used previously, even though there are too many options that can be over-complicated at times. Also when you get technical support from Simple ERB you seem to always feel like they don't know what their doing which is frustrating. Reporting is not very good compared with some others out there but then again most others do far better so take note! Have all your reservation systems integrated into one single platform. You will save money by being able to track reservations easily across multiple locations as opposed to having different spreadsheets or databases etc.
