Pretty decent so far. I use my computer a lot for work and also for fun, so I definitely want to protect my eyes in some way. The glasses are light and ideal for universal use. They come with test strips to prove they work. I tested this by leaving the light on for a minute and there was no blue light. One funny thing though is that the test strip turns pink/purple instead of blue? And the edge of the frame (Fig. 2) irritates your finger a bit when you adjust the glasses. Overall so far so good, will upgrade depending on durability and/or headaches as mentioned in other reviews. I've been using it for a while, it's hard to set up and the glasses keep slipping
