Review on π Aqua Ultraviolet AAV40002 Part Lamp End for Aquarium, 8-57W by David Miller
Didn't fit me maybe everything is fine
I bought this when my UV lamps stopped working. It has 4 holes on the back while the original only had 2 holes. With no instructions and only 2 wires to plug in, I tried but it didn't work. I ended up buying a new ballast and set of cables which properly fixed the problem. I wouldn't buy this part unless you really know how to use it.
