I don't normally write reviews of diet supplements but this one deserves it. As someone who has taken prescription anxiety medication, this supplement is the only thing that even comes close - this supplement has a definite and observable effect. The first 3 or 4 days I noticed that the pills worked for about 6 hours and I really felt them starting to work (about 20-30 minutes after taking them) and then I also felt when they stopped (after about 6-7 p.m.). after). Around the 4th or 5th day I noticed I was generally calmer like the pills were having a cumulative effect and my anxiety seemed to subside to the point that I'm calmer throughout the day and such a strong up and down don't notice . from the pills. I was impressed that I really felt this supplement working as no supplement has had a noticeable effect in the past. I also find that I sleep better with them, which is a nice bonus. These pills generally calm you down but I wouldn't say they are good for acute anxiety attacks like anxiety or panic attacks, but they are great for background/general anxiety and can reduce the frequency and intensity of anxiety/panic attacks. I recommend taking them with omega-3 supplements, which have been shown to be just as effective as prescriptions for general depression and anxiety. The zinc it contains can also be good for acne-prone skin. I take one before lunch and one in the evening. They are large capsules but simple, much easier to swallow than multivitamins. I noticed that they have a mild taste but unlike some other reviewers I don't find it objectionable and I'm quite sensitive to the taste of pills. If anything tastes bad I'll throw up before I can swallow it, but I don't find the taste of these foods repulsive. This supplement will be the first I plan to order again. As someone who has been diagnosed with anxiety, I can confidently say that this is the first non-prescription product (other than omega-3s) that has given me measurable results. I recommend anyone with concerns to try this product - obviously no supplement (or even Rx) will work for everyone, but the potential benefits of this supplement make it worth it. This is very similar to taking benzo without a prescription. Wonderful!
