UPDATE (8/31/2020) Last week I received 2 free packs of Vertex razors in the mail with a personal letter from the company owner and I was blown away. Firstly, regarding the company, it is a small company which took note of my negative review in 2018 and acted. They took out all the old razors (that didn't work) and made the razors new. Customer service is very important to me and your service is fantastic. Second, the NEW and VERY IMPROVED razors are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! In my original review (below) I said I would give them zero stars if that was an option; I would now give them 10 stars if that was an option. I have used razors twice and the results are as good as the professional dermaplaning treatments I can get for a fraction of the cost! I have tried almost every at home dermaplaning product on the market and Vertex razors are by far the best. This is the only at home hair removal device I've tried that actually removes all frizz in the mouth area (all the others just break the hair and it reappears within a day). I recently spent $200 on a Dermaflash Luxe and really wish I had gotten these new Vertex razors sooner because I would have returned the Dermaflash and saved myself a ton of money. I will definitely be buying more Vertex razors and I'm so glad I can finally stop spending countless hours reading reviews and spending money trying to find the perfect product for my home. I would give this product zero stars if it was an option. The blades are very dull and only scratch your face. I do professional facial dermaplaning and was looking for something to use at home in between, but my regular razor is far superior to this product. I have blonde hair and the fuzz on my face is really only visible to me. But now that I know what a hairless face looks like after dermaplaning (and how much better the makeup holds), I can't stand the feeling of the hair growing back. Based on other reviews I thought this product would work but it was an epic failure. He didn't even remove the white fuzz over my brows and he certainly won't shape my brows. Don't waste money
