Haven't tried them yet but as I have an older version of this kit I installed the ones that don't work for free but they are their own fan controller which I'm sure will do are what I shoot at. I will update if I encounter any issues in making my choice as I know the other 5 I currently turned one year old on March 7th as it is my birthday and I celebrated their 7th last year . Can't beat the price as they do their job well and quite well. 2 days of searching only found one. not manufactured from above, therefore I do not name competing products. But by all means make a 12 volt 4 pin adapter to a 5 volt 3 pin adapter so you can become a better dog! Nothing compares to the performance of these fans, of course there are fans with higher static pressure but NOT at this price point. Anyway, if Deep Cool is no longer made and another manufacturer UNNAMED can make this 12v 4 and 5v 3 fan hub splitter, of course they can. My MSI b450I Games plus AC board has 2 12V 4 pin connectors so they are NOT compatible with MSI boards together. 5v 3pin only BETTER NOTE THIS otherwise you only have two options, one of which I've listed will take some time to find. the other uses that little reset switch included in the fan hub itself. annoying! anyway great fans!
