We were very happy with it. We wanted to ditch all of our plastic kids supplies and replace them with something safer (I don't even trust BPA-free plastic). Some of them were broken in the packaging but Revain replaced them with no problem. Since then we've been using them daily and there hasn't been a single break. I really like their size, they are perfect for lunch and dinner, even for adults, and the shape is really good.
