I have dozens of Freud cutters and this is the first that has let me down. Bearing diameter and cutter diameter do not match. The stock is slightly larger so you end up with a 1/64 inch edge. With a shorter drill, the edge wouldn't be as much of an issue, but it took me close to two inches, so it took quite a bit of grinding to align the two end faces. On the other hand, the blade was sharp and cut well.
