How sweet! ..... the best in my rating

I liked this dress so much I had to buy another one for my youngest daughter. It seems to be a bit more for my 8 year old than my 12 year old. But I'm not complaining. It is soft and NOT shiny. I love the quality and those gorgeous ruffles. We have received many compliments.
