Because one Electrolux EHU-5010 humidifier is not sufficient for the entire apartment (in principle, two would also be insufficient), I made the decision to purchase an additional one. I decided against using the humidity maintenance mode that was recommended to me because the built-in sensor indicated that I had 70% when the actual value was only 40%. If the actual value was lower than the one that was desired, then the humidifier would restart itself on the third speed and begin to spew out water. I haven't tried it, but if you automate through your smart home gateway, you might be able to hang the work on an external humidity sensor and turn on the second speed. I can't say for sure because I haven't done any of those things. Overall, because of all of these factors, I gave it four stars. Automate everything and devise some kind of splash protection, and it will be OK.
