Review on 🖥️ ASUS ROG STRIX Z270E GAMING LGA1151 DDR4 DP HDMI DVI M.2 ATX Motherboard with Onboard AC Wi-Fi and USB 3.1 by Richard Deng

This was a randomly selected motherboard from all that I could use for functionality to build a new PC. I didn't pay attention to the lights. It worked with my Intel i7 7700K, used DDR4 RAM and had enough SATA ports for WAY more storage than I could ever need. While waiting for it to arrive I did a bit more research and learned about the RGB strip. For me it was a big plus - I'm a lover of beautiful things. I also saw that it came with a drink holder! Very random, but it's definitely nice. Ah, install day. After it arrived I waited for everything else and then finally put the computer back together. The I/O screen has a glossy aluminum finish - it contrasted with my black brushed aluminum chassis but still looks good. I installed the motherboard (with someone holding my AIO heatsink that I had already installed) and assembled everything else. As soon as I turn on the power supply. The RGB strip lights up. Downloaded, the BIOS was very easy to understand and gave me a lot of information. I installed my operating system with no problems. Skip five months later, all components still work like clockwork. I'm a gamer and this board did everything I wanted it to do. I still have four unused SATA ports! All my connections are in good condition and the computer has remained intact despite having moved twice since it was built. I only have two small complaints that I don't think are worth including in this review. 1 RGB strip, although nice, stays on even when the PC is off. It's in my living room so it doesn't bother me when I sleep, but I can imagine it's annoying for people, especially teenagers, who need to have their computer in the bedroom. You can disable the stripe in the ASUS Aura settings. 2, the stand that comes with the kit sticks to my cup when it gets wet from condensation. Again, very small details that don't really matter compared to the raw functionality this motherboard offers.
